In January 2016 Timothy Taylor presented Simon Hantaï's first solo exhibition in London, showcasing eleven works which had not been viewed for over thirty years. Hantaï's unique pliage technique can be seen again now in the New York gallery. The 1976 documentary "Les Silences Rétiniens" (Retinal Silences) by Jean-Michel Meurice accompanies the work and will be screened throughout the gallery's opening hours.
