Fondation Cartier
Exposition Générale
2, place du Palais-Royal, 75001 Paris
October 25, 2025 - August 23, 2026
Exposition Générale traces forty years of contemporary art at the Fondation Cartier through a collection shaped over time by its programming. By reactivating the social, cultural, and architectural heritage of its building and its openness to the city, it outlines an alternative mapping of contemporary art and inaugurates, through its new architectural display designed by Jean Nouvel, a renewed approach to exhibition-making. A work by Simon Hantaï, Étude, 1969, 274 × 233 cm, is shown.
